I offer 100% online coaching for my clients, so I'm never restricted by location and can reach a larger audience.
I use both Custom and Group Rolling Calendar program types. Custom is excellent for my higher value training where a more bespoke approach is needed. I only need to promote a single program at one price point, which keeps everyone under one roof, but as clients subscribe, I can tailor their training schedules to suit them.
Group Rolling Calendar programs are perfect for creating a community. New clients join existing ones on the same training day and can get started immediately. I use benchmarks to personalise the training to each individual's ability. Group Rolling Calendar allows me to reach a much wider audience whilst only having to manage a single training schedule.
Integrated Payments make it so smooth for clients to sign up, but it also helps me as a coach see MMR and taxes and generally helps automate the admin side of running my business. Tracking client performance is also a great feature; demonstrating progression helps retain clients as they can see their improvements from my training over time.
Yes, I always use weightlifting benchmarks, heart rate, and conditioning markers too.
