What style of fitness/sport do you coach?

Military preparation.

How do you deliver your programming?

I deliver my training 100% remotely. FITR is fantastic for fully remote coaching as it makes thing simple by having everything needed in one place.

What program types do you use to deliver your training?

I use a range of Session 1, Day 1, Fixed length, and 1-2-1 program types as they allow me to cater for all of my different clients’ needs.

Which features are helping you the most and why?

Personal Records, Community Chat and Challenges are my three favourite features. Personal Records make my life easier by personalling programming to a large group of clients with just a few clicks. I’ve been using Challenges and Community Chat to create a sense of community, something I think is important for 100% remote coaches.

Are you using Personal Records in your training?

Yes I’m regularly adding them into my programming. Some examples of what I use include: strength numbers, 1.5 mile times, push ups, pull ups and sit ups

Since using FITR how has it changed your coaching business?

It’s allowed me to go from earning £1,500 per month working 35-40 hours on a gym floor to earning almost £5,000 working entirely remotely.
