What style of fitness/sport do you coach?
Strength and conditioning for gymnastics.
How do you deliver your programming?
I offer a hybrid mix of both in-person and online training for my clients. FITR allows me to work with multiple athletes at one time through remote group programming features. Without these geographical restrictions, I work with gymnasts across the world.
What program types do you use to deliver your training?
I use a mix of all four program types FITR offers, it depends on the style of training in each program I offer. Primarily, I use Custom and Group Rolling Calendar program types.
Custom programming allows me to work with gymnasts on their individual schedule. As competition seasons can differ for each gymnast, they are able to get their own individual scheduling. I use Group Rolling Calendar programming for clubs, where multiple gymnasts can all follow the same program with small, personal touches.
Which features are helping you the most and why?
Being able to program on the fly is a huge benefit of FITR for me. When traveling my life becomes pretty busy, but being able to open a device from anywhere and begin programming straight away is amazing.
Integrated payments is another top feature for me. Once I publish a program everything is automated and I don’t have to worry about not getting paid by my clients or chasing late payments. It’s super simple!
