When your clients log their Personal Records, we’ll automatically create a visual representation of how they’re progressing. You and your clients can monitor new entries and compare them against historical Personal Records to monitor their progress and plan future training goals.
Our Personal Records library has over 2,500+ options for you to insert into your programming, and we’re always adding more. Personal trainers using our software can also request that specific Personal Records are added to the system for them to use in their training.

Within the Client App, your clients can search for their previously logged Personal Records. This enables them to see historical performance before switching back to the workout they are currently performing.
FOR PT'S
As a coach you can search historical Personal Records in your program's training schedule. After searching, you'll be able to instantly see when you last used a Personal Record, any notes left by Clients and missed sessions.
