FITR Coach Referral Scheme Terms & Conditions

The business is: Fitr. Holdings Limited (Company Number: 09759426), whose registered office is at Richmond House, Walkern Road, Stevenage, SG1 3QP, United Kingdom.
The FITR Coach Referral Scheme is open to all registered FITR Coaches except for employees of Fitr. Holdings Limited and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
The “Referrer” or “You” is the existing FITR coach on a paying subscription plan of any type. The “Referee” or “New Coach” is the coach that does not already have a FITR subscription, and is not on a 14 day trial at the time they are referred.
There is no fee to refer new coaches to FITR, or to be referred.
By referring a new coach that joins FITR, the Referrer is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
There is no limit to the number of coaches Referrers can refer.
For each referred coach that joins FITR on a paying subscription - both the Referrer and the Referee will receive credit to their FITR account to be used against their subscription:
- If the Referee joins on an Unlimited Plan, both the Referrer and Referee will receive £50 credit to their FITR accounts
- If the Referee joins on a Pro Plan, both the Referrer and Referee will receive £30 credit to their FITR accounts
- If the Referee joins on a Starter Plan both the Referrer and Referee will receive £10 credit to their FITR accounts
The credit is a one off credit to each account. It will be applied within 14 days of the Referees first subscription payment and FITR will notify both parties by email.
If a coach account has credit on it, their next subscription payment will be taken from the credit first, before any charge is taken from the coach’s approved card. If there is enough credit to cover the full cost, the coach will not be charged during that month, or until the credit runs out.
There will be no cash alternative.
If a coach cancels their FITR subscription when they have credit remaining, the credit will remain on their account if the subscription is restarted again but cannot be switched for a cash alternative.
If a coach cancels their FITR subscription and deletes their account when a credit balance was available, the credit balance will also be deleted.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend The FITR Coach Referral Scheme and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the business’ control. Any changes to the scheme will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the business.
