I offer a hybrid mix of both online and in-person coaching. FITR allows me to clearly lay out all client’s individualised programming whilst also giving the freedom and flexibility of using templates, including videos and being able to easily switch up what I’m delivering according to client needs. The app is easy to use and benefits the client/coach relationship due to the checkbox and video upload features, enabling a better overall service and making the programming I’m giving reactive and engaging.
At the moment just individualised although the plan is to release templates for different training goals and movement specific blocks. The fact clients have access to everything and I’m able to easily separate what everyone is working towards yet also have access to tried and tested templates to be dropped in and personalised to current or new clients.
The movement video library and easy to drop in YouTube links is a game changer for me. As a visual learner myself it helps to see a video of specific or niche movements so being able to deliver that to my clients is perfect.
Not as of yet, this is something I’m excited to get stuck into and implement!
