Gymbox Goes Out of the Box with Remote Coaching

London based fitness chain, Gymbox, recently launched their online programing powered by FITR Training. They have a reputation for building unique workout experiences, so they decided that if clients can’t come to Gymbox for their physical and mental fitness needs, Gymbox can come to them!

Gymbox is a lifestyle fitness brand that prides itself on doing things differently, and creating the most fun experience possible for all members, such as colorful work out areas and DJs playing music. They currently have nine gyms and over 22,000 members.

With a mission to make workouts anything but boring, the Gymbox team is using technology in innovative ways to not only offer a range of fitness experiences to their members, whether they’re exercising in the gym or at home – but also to connect with members in a way that speaks to their brand values and differentiates themselves from competitors. So they were extremely excited to  launch their remote programming via FITR Training on the 21st February 2022.

David Cooper said; “ We wanted to offer two coached options through Gymbox.  Our face to face Personal Trainers bespoke 1-2-1 training and well as an additional option for all our athletes who were confident in exercise/technique  but wanted to follow progressional programmes online. We also decided to collaborate with Beyond to bring the the best programming to our clients, as we felt they were the best at producing athletic online programming.”
